The Whistler WS1025 Analog Desktop Scanner is a powerful 300-channel base unit designed for home or office radio monitoring. Organized into 10 memory banks with 30 channels each, it allows users to store and manage frequencies across public safety, aviation, marine, weather, and amateur radio bands.

With built-in SAME (Specific Area Message Encoding) and All Hazards Weather Alert capability, the WS1025 provides real-time NOAA emergency alerts for selected counties. Skywarn support allows direct monitoring of local storm spotter frequencies during severe weather events.

The scanner features one-touch service search banks for Marine, Fire/Police, Aircraft, Ham Radio, FM Broadcast, and Weather bands, eliminating the need for complicated manual programming. Priority channel monitoring checks important channels every two seconds to ensure critical transmissions are not missed.

Additional features include scan delay, lock-out function, memory backup, data cloning capability between WS1025 units, and PC programmability with compatible software and cable (sold separately).
