The Whistler WS1065 is a powerful digital trunking desktop/mobile scanner designed for serious radio enthusiasts, emergency preparedness users, and public safety monitoring. Featuring Object Oriented Scanning technology, it allows you to store up to 1,800 programmable objects including conventional channels, trunking talkgroups, limit searches, service searches, and Spectrum Sweeper configurations.

The WS1065 supports Motorola Type I/II/III analog and digital systems, P25 Phase I systems, EDACS (narrowband and wideband), and LTR trunking systems. Its exclusive Automatic Adaptive Digital Tracking automatically adjusts for multipath distortion and fading on P25 systems, while Digital AGC balances audio levels for clear communications.

This scanner includes 21 V-Scanner storage folders, allowing you to save and recall complete scanner configurations for different locations or uses. The multi-site trunking capability ensures optimal reception when monitoring networked trunked systems.

Weather monitoring features include SAME (Specific Area Message Encoding) and All Hazards Weather Alerting with LED color-coded alerts. The alert LED and audible alarms provide immediate notification of severe weather or emergency broadcasts.

The backlit LCD display provides clear visibility in low-light conditions, and the real-time signal strength meter allows you to evaluate reception quality instantly.
